Classic Colonial Cupolas are available in several standard sizes and styles. Pricing is based on overall unit size, complexity and architectural detailing. Colonial Style Cupolas:

Included are 2X4 internally framed and plywood sheathed base, mid section and roof section. All sections are delivered fully primed on the exterior unless otherwise requested. Cupola bases are built to match the pitch of the structure it will sit upon. It includes felt paper and is sided using rough or smooth EWP shiplap. The corner boards are applied as trim finish around the base. The mid section includes a hand crafted copper roof that sits below the vent or glass panels, it is detailed with moldings and four (4) louvered wood panel vents are trimmed with casing and sills. The top roof features white cedar shingles over felt paper and layered finish moldings. A wooden spire that sits atop a wooden pedestal and a screen kit (to discourage nesting insects and critters) are also provided to complete the unit.

Federal / Greek Revival Style Cupolas:

Included are 2X4 internally framed and plywood sheathed base, mid section, and roof section. All sections are delivered fully primed on the exterior unless otherwise requested. Cupola bases are built to match the pitch of the structure it will sit upon. It includes felt paper and is sided using smooth EWP V-groove T&G siding. The corner boards are applied as trim finish around the base. The mid section includes a hand crafted copper roof that sits below the 8 double louvered wood panel windows, trimmed with arched tops, bull nosing, molded casing and sills. The upper roof includes hand applied copper layered over felt paper and completed with finish moldings. A wooden spire that sits atop a wooden pedestal and a screen kit (to discourage nesting insects and critters) are also provided to complete the unit. *note: if the vents will not be functional CCC recommends sealing the unit completely by mounting plexiglass or black painted plywood to the inside face of each louver panel.
